Wadefest Reunion 2026

Please read the event information below so that you are aware of the timetable and the events taking place over the two days.

Here at C&S we have been discussing with collectors in the USA and Canada the possibility of putting together a Wadefest Reunion in 2026.  With this in mind, we have a booking at the Penn Harris Hotel, Camp Hill, PA, USA for Friday July 24th and  Saturday 25th - 2026. and are now taking bookings from those who expressed an interest for the event so that we can confirm the booking with the hotel and put plans in place for July 2026. We know that it seems a long way off, but without a confirmed booking we will not be able to make firm plans to host the event.  

If you would like the show to take place, we need your support so please make your booking now.

Due to the reduced capacity of the event it will be a pre-booked by ticket only admission. This will enable us to make sure those who book in advance will be able to attend. We are therefore taking a small deposit of $20 from people so that their booking is confirmed. The balance will be due in January 2026.

The weekend will include some of the old favourite events along with a few new tweaks, so join us for a nostalgic, fun weekend at the Penn Harris Hotel. 1150 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill, PA 17011.

The total for the weekend package is $75 dollars per person. This includes entry to the Friday Evening Preview Meet & Greet, (Ice cream and cake), entry to the Wadefest on Saturday for collectors to shop. A selection of dealer tables with a vast range of vintage and modern Wade will be for sale. Also the hourly draw to win some great prizes. as well as the usual Bran Draw and Lucky Dip.

To enable the event to take place we need to confirm numbers with the hotel. Please let us know if you will attend by booking your tickets below and paying the small deposit. This will enable us to confirm plans. Thank you.

The Saturday Evening will keep with the traditions of the Wadefest, a buffet meal some old and new events. Interactive games, the English Bingo, a Quiz, and a Lucky Number Draw.  Fun for everyone!

Program of events - Due to costs the event will have a slightly different timetable and venue within the hotal to the previous shows.

Friday 24th July - 6pm - 9pm Preview Meet & Greet Evening. (Ice cream and cakes)

Saturday 25th July -  8am - 3pm - Wadefest open for buyers.

We need to vacate the room by 4pm on Saturday so they can set up for the evening buffet and games night.

Saturday 25th July - 7pm 9pm (approx) Evening Buffet and Games Night.

For those who are collecting the new range of Wade derivative Minikins, we will have a new exclusive Minikin issued at the event. These will be  made available to those attending the show. If any remain after the weekend we will offer them for sale on the website.

Hotel room bookings should be made direct with the hotel and quote Wadefest. The hotel is offering a 15% discount on the current rate at the time of booking.  We will post a link shortly for those who have booked to make a hotel reservation.

The Wade Fest Reunion Weekend Packages are now sold out. Sorry if you missed them but the event is still open to walk in visitors on Saturday 25th 2026 8am - 3pm - Entry for the day is $10 per person.
